In September this year I did 4 days on the RMK trail from Oandu (north East Estonia) till Aegviidu. It was a beautiful and relaxed hike going trough some of the most beautiful Estonian landscapes (bogs, forests, dunes...). September is a great season to do this as the weather is still quite good (cold nights!) but there are less mosquito (still had quite some deer flies on the first section from Oandu! Be prepared as these buggers are a real pain in the ass).
Great camping spots all along with numerous facilities (wc's, shelters, dry firewood, BBQ places).
Most info you need you will find here: https://loodusegakoos.ee/where-to-go/hiking-route/oandu-aegviidu-ikla-hiking-route, including GPx, distance table to campsites and Google Map.
Additional Google map I got from a local hiker: https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=13FDjhfRd5QnO8uYdxdRlvo7gwjk&ll=59.487398058637375%2C26.137569329467738&z=10
Gear tips: mosquito head net (foor deer flies!), fishing rod (if you're into that there are many opportunities!), waterfilter, good rain clothing, 0°C comfort sleeping bag.
Here are a few pictures from our hike:
